主讲“材料科学基础”、“腐蚀电化学测试技术”等本科生及“腐蚀电化学原理”、“电化学研究方法”、“材料科学案例分析”等研究生课程。主持和参与省教改项目6项,校级教改项目5项,获省级教学成果4项,参编教材6部。指导学生获金国大学生金相技能大赛、中国大学生机械工程创新创意大赛-材料热处理创新创业赛、铸工艺设计大赛等国家奖10多项,指导大学生创新创业训练国家级项目3项。

2014年10月获黑龙江省高校战略后备人才出国研修资助,2020年5月获聘黑龙江省级领军人才梯队后备带头人,2023年5月入选黑龙江省高层次人才。
